SK8WAY Staff Command is a private staff app operated by Smoky Mountain SK8WAY & Fun Zone. It opens the secure SK8WAY staff workspace for approved team members.
Information we handle
The app displays the staff workspace through a secure web connection. When an approved staff member signs in or uses the workspace, the business may process account information and the information needed to operate staff functions, such as staff-provided login details, booking and calendar records, program information, and support requests.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate approved staff, provide the Command Center and booking tools, operate the rink, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet legal or operational requirements.
What the app does not do
SK8WAY Staff Command does not sell personal information, display third-party advertising, use precise location, or request access to a phone’s camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files. The app is intended for authorized staff and is not directed to children.
Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers that help host the staff workspace, process authenticated website functions, and support business operations. We share information only as needed to operate those services, when required by law, or with your direction.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the staff workspace. Access is limited to approved accounts. We retain business records for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and records management.
